This is the name the Board of Directors chose to identify a niche product. Our cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives processed in 24 hours and obtained from a mix of new coarse drupe cultivars (Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Frantoio, Phicoline, Nociara, etc.). They give the oil a particularly fruity taste and aroma, with a pinch of bitter and persistent spiciness much appreciated by connoisseurs.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
High fruity flavor accompanied by a hint of bitter and spicy, emerald green color with golden hues obtained from selected olives.
It is marketed under its own label in the following types:
Tin: 5 L - 3 L
Bottle: 0,75 L - 0,50 L - 0,25 L

Our oil mainly consists of varieties of 100% ITALIAN olives prevalent in the area:
Ogliarola, Leccino, Coratina, Peranzana, Cellina di Nardò.
